Flumen - Set of 2 Original Paintings

Flumen is a diptych defined by a suspended horizontal line that divides and connects the surface at once.

Across both canvases, this line becomes a point of transition: above it, a diffused atmospheric field; below it, a denser material presence shaped by gravity and time.

Subtle gold drips emerge from the threshold, introducing movement within an otherwise quiet composition. Rather than decorative, they register a moment — a slow descent that gives rhythm to the surface.

The textured layers evoke depth without representing a place, allowing the work to exist between landscape and abstraction.
