FAQ — FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do your pieces ship from?
Each object begins its journey in Milan, Italy — carefully packed and prepared in our studio before reaching its new home.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the nature of the item. You'll receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves us.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Not at this time. Shipping is currently available within the European Union and selected European countries only.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
To begin a return, simply contact us at support@deatrium.com .
You'll receive a return label from us.
Are return costs covered?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once your item returns safely and is inspected, the refund is issued via the original payment method.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed in euros. No additional fees are applied based on the chosen method.
Can I send a gift?
Yes — we are happy to include a handwritten note upon request. Let us know at checkout or via email just after placing your order.
Do you work with shops or interior designers?
While De Atrium currently focuses on private clients, we are open to meaningful collaborations.
