Each piece from De Atrium begins its journey in our studio in Milan and finds its way to you across Europe.

Orders are packed and prepared within 5 business days.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above €150 (applies automatically at checkout).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, the weight, and the fragility of the items (such as ceramics or glassware).

Final shipping fees are shown before payment and include tracking.

The courier varies based on destination and fragility of the product.

Only prepaid orders are accepted. No cash on delivery.

Shipping available within the EU and selected European countries.

RETURN POLICY

We hope our pieces find a lasting place in your home. But should you wish to part with something, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

The object must be unused, housed in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase (automatically generated).

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once the item returns to us and is carefully inspected, your refund will be issued through the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

You will receive a return label via email once the process begins. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
