SHIPPING POLICY

Every De Atrium order is carefully prepared in Milan and shipped across Europe.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Complimentary shipping is available in Italy on orders over €70. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies.

Within the European Union, complimentary shipping is available on orders over €120. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and include tracking. The courier may vary depending on the destination and product type.

Only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on delivery is not available.

We ship within the European Union and to selected other European countries.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope our objects find a lasting place in your home. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

The item must be returned intact and, where possible, in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. If the right of withdrawal is exercised for the entire order, any initial standard delivery charges will also be refunded; additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard option will not be refunded. We do not offer exchanges.

You will receive a return label by email once the return process has begun. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
