SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Each piece from De Atrium begins its journey in our studio in Milan and finds its way to you across Europe.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Complimentary shipping is available in Italy on orders over €75. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies.

Within the European Union, complimentary shipping is available on orders over €150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €14.90 applies.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and include tracking. The courier may vary depending on destination and product type.

Only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping available within the EU and selected European countries.

RETURN POLICY

We hope our pieces find a lasting place in your home. But should you wish to part with something, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

The object must be unused, housed in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase (automatically generated).

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once the item returns to us and is carefully inspected, your refund will be issued through the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

You will receive a return label via email once the process begins. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
